Terms & Conditions

  • Additional chargers will be applied on customer billing when applicable (Toll Highway ETR 407, Airports or regulatory fee, Parking).
  • NO SHOW

  • Cannot find passenger: Fee equal to full price of trip plus any wait time charges will also get charges, when passenger fail to arrive at designated location.
  • Cannot find chauffeur: If client is unable to locate chauffeur, client should contact to Company contact number at 416-828-8538 ,24/7 hours a day, Our Dispatch will locate the driver on meeting point. If client fail to call our office before leaving that place charges will be add to client billing.
  • AIRPORTS WAITING TIME

  • Domestic flights up to 30 min wait US flights up to 1 hour wait International flights up to 1 hour and 30 min Beyond the waiting time depending on flight status , charges will start to incur.
  • NON AIRPORT PICKUPS

  • Customer are provided 15 minutes of wait after the pick up time start, beyond the extra 15 minutes your charges will be itemized on client billing.
  • HOURLY SERVICES

  • Mississauga Limo Taxi provide an hourly services based on 2 or more hours. when services is provided with multiple stops it will consider hourly services and you will get charged on hourly bases. Rates for hourly services are $45 an hour plus GST +tip.
  • VEHICLE CLEANING/DAMAGE

  • In duration of hiring a vehicle you are responsible for vehicle interior, Client will get charged $150 add up to the billing who requires clean up services for excessive mess. $500 will be charges for any damage to vehicle interior (breakage, burnt, tear, while opening door hit another car) depend on incident.
  • SMOKING, DRUG ALCOHOLE

  • Vehicle shall not be used for illegal activities. Alcohol consumption or drug use in prohibited in any of our vehicle and against the law.
  • CANCELATION POLICY

  • Mississauga Limo Taxi reserve the rights to cancel any booking at any time in the best interest of customer safety, vehicle safety, customer safety, and federal provincial /local laws. In case of any anything bad or illegal activity seen, chauffeur has right to cancel the aggrement without refund.
  • LOST OR STOLEN

  • Mississauga Limo Taxi is not responsible for any lost or stolen to your personnel belongings, if anything left in car there will be an extra charge for delivery for returning that left item.
  • BAD WEATHER CONDITIONS

  • Mississauga Limo Taxi shall not to responsible for bad weather, road traffic, road conditions, break down to car or any mechanical issues that might get failure to complete the job as required.
  • CHILD SAFEY

  • Please note that we provide car safety as a courtesy so you don’t have to haul around the extra luggage. Depending of driver knowledge if car seat is not installed you should not force driver to install it. Its your responsibility to make sure car seat is secured and safe for your kids, because we are not responsible for any mishap, It is passengers responsibility to make sure car seat is installed properly. You can order more then one car sat. We try our best to give a good services and make sure that seat is already installed.   • PAYMENT ACCEPTANCE

  • We accept all major credit cards and provide monthly billing for our regular clients.
  • PETS

  • We allow pets in our vehicle as far as they stay in their cage.We are not responsible for any pet health issue.
